1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the FitnessFor application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FitnessFor provides an AI-assisted fitness programming service for married couples. The App generates personalized exercise plans, tracks progress, and delivers educational coaching content.

**The App is not a medical service.** Content is for educational and fitness purposes only. See Section 6 (Medical Disclaimer) and our standalone Medical Disclaimer page.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this App.
The App is intended for use by married couples and individuals in committed relationships.
You represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

One account per person. Couples accounts link two individual accounts.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5c. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except as required by applicable law or Apple/Google policy.

Content is educational and for general fitness purposes only.
Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program.
Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath and seek medical attention.
Users who indicate cardiac conditions, recent surgery, or pregnancy during onboarding are required to obtain physician clearance before plan generation. This is an acknowledgment requirement, not a medical screening.

7. User Content

9. Intellectual Property
