1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the FitFor application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FitFor provides an AI-assisted fitness programming service for married couples. The App generates personalized exercise plans, tracks progress, and delivers educational coaching content.

The App is not a medical service. Content is for educational and fitness purposes only. See Section 6 (Medical Disclaimer) and our standalone Medical Disclaimer page.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this App.
• The App is intended for use by married couples and individuals in committed relationships.
• You represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Age eligibility terms and applicable jurisdictional requirements remain subject to attorney review before any paid launch.

4. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• One account per person. Couples accounts link two individual accounts.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

FitFor is currently offered in a free beta. Paid plans, subscriptions, trials, and billing are not active. Pricing and any applicable purchase, cancellation, refund, or promotion terms will be reviewed and provided before paid billing begins.

FitFor is a consumer fitness programming app, not a healthcare provider or clinical service. Its regulatory classification and any additional applicable disclosures have not been confirmed in this beta draft and will be reviewed before any paid launch.

• Content is educational and for general fitness purposes only.
• Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program.
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath and seek medical attention.
• Users who indicate cardiac conditions, recent surgery, or pregnancy during onboarding are required to obtain physician clearance before plan generation. This is an acknowledgment requirement, not a medical screening.

7. User Content

Terms addressing rights in user content, content standards, notices, and moderation have not been finalized and are deferred pending attorney review before any paid launch.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: - Use the App for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse-engineer the App or its AI systems - Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the App - Share your account credentials with others (except your linked couple partner via the couples-link feature)
