How to build a repeatable strength plan
A repeatable strength plan uses a small number of full-body movement patterns and progresses them slowly enough that you can recover and train again.
Start with squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, and trunk control; choose the version of each pattern you can perform with control and steady breathing.

Choose the movement patterns
Use a sit-to-stand, box squat, step-up, or split squat for knee tolerance and quad strength. Use a bridge or Romanian deadlift for glutes, hamstrings, hip extension, and hinge mechanics.
Use a push, pull, carry, and trunk exercise to round out the session. Carries and dead bugs are useful because they combine bracing with breathing instead of rewarding a rigid hold.

Progress one variable
Keep the movement menu steady long enough to learn it. Add a little load, range, repetition, set, or time only after the current version stays controlled and recoverable.
When a movement feels off, find the limiter: knee tolerance, hip mobility, hinge control, trunk bracing, breathing, or recovery. Change that variable rather than discarding the whole plan.

One safety line
Sharp pain, chest symptoms, faintness, severe dizziness, or new joint swelling are reasons to stop and seek individual guidance before progressing.
